We do not collect payment information through this website.

We do not share your information with third parties for their own independent marketing purposes.

5. Data Retention

Contact form submissions are delivered directly to our team's email inbox and are not stored in a database on our website. We retain that correspondence for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry, provide services, and maintain business records, after which it is deleted in the ordinary course of email management. If you have an ongoing service relationship with us, related records are retained for as long as necessary to support that relationship and to comply with our legal and accounting obligations.

We take reasonable measures to protect information submitted to us, including serving our website exclusively over encrypted connections (HTTPS), transmitting contact form messages over encrypted SMTP, and limiting access to personal information to personnel who need it to perform their job responsibilities. 7. Cookies & Third-Party Services

We use a small number of third-party services to operate and protect our website. Depending on the service, these may set cookies or process your IP address on our behalf:

• hCaptcha — Our contact form uses hCaptcha to distinguish human visitors from automated spam. When you use the contact form, hCaptcha may set cookies and process technical information such as your IP address. See hCaptcha's Privacy Policy for details.
• jsDelivr (CDN) — We load some website assets (such as our styling and icon libraries) from the jsDelivr content delivery network rather than hosting them ourselves. Loading these files causes your browser to make a request to jsDelivr's servers, which may log your IP address as part of normal web server operation.
• Google Analytics — We use Google Analytics to help us understand how visitors use our website (for example, which pages are viewed and how visitors arrived at our site), so we can improve our content and services. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technologies to collect information such as your IP address, device and browser information, and browsing activity on our site. This information is processed by Google in accordance with the Google Privacy Policy.
